2022 Schedule

The following are class options to choose from. Participants in the Metro42 basic plan can choose 3 class/week that works best. Or, if you opt for the Unlimited Plan, choose as many days/times as you want! You may choose between our traditional HIIT/Bootcamp style group training or take a spin class in our state of the art new indoor cycling studio! Either workout will produce a huge calorie burn!

Mondays 9am - 10am Spin, 12pm - 1pm Bootcamp, 5:30pm - 6:30pm Bootcamp

Tuesdays 6:30am - 7:30am Bootcamp, 12pm - 1pm Bootcamp

Wednesdays 9am - 10am Spin, 12pm - 1pm Bootcamp, 5:30pm - 6:30pm Bootcamp

Thursdays 6:30am - 7:30am bootcamp, 12pm-1pm Bootcamp
Fridays 12pm- 1pm Bootcamp

Saturdays 9am - 10am Spin, 9am - 10am Bootcamp

About The Metro 42 Challenge:

The Metro42 is a 6 week lifestyle enhancement program that will help springboard you onto the path of good, sustainable health! MOST join this program for a weight loss result, BUT it does not all need to be about weight loss. Many participants have gone through the program simply for the accountability of regularly exercising and to introduce some healthier nutrition choices. Either way, our team of trainers and coaches will motivate and inspire you to reach your goals! You don't need to go it alone, remember, there is strength in numbers and we are here for you every step of the way! You'll also receive access to both Metro Clubs included for additional exercise.
