The following are class options to choose from. Participants in the basic plan can choose the class days/times that works best. Or, if you opt for the Unlimited Plan, choose as many days/times as you want!

  • Metro42 kickoff seminar
    Monday, January 17 at 5:30 pm
    Located in the Metro East community room: This seminar presents the Metro42 nutrition strategy, allows participants to meet their Metro42 team, and your opportunity to pick up your MyZone heart rate monitor.
  • Downtown schedule options
    Mondays 6:30 am - 7:30 am
    Tuesdays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
    Thursdays 6:30 am - 7:30 am
    Thursdays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

*Manditory: Saturdays at 10am 


About The Metro 42 Challenge:

The Metro42 is a 6 week lifestyle enhancement program that will help springboard you onto the path of good, sustainable health! MOST join this program for a weight loss result, BUT it does not all need to be about weight loss. Many participants have gone through the program simply for the accountability of regularly exercising and to introduce some healthier nutrition choices. Either way, our team of trainers and coaches will motivate and inspire you to reach your goals! You don't need to go it alone, remember, there is strength in numbers and we are here for you every step of the way! You'll also receive access to both Metro Clubs included for additional exercise.

 Challenge runs: January 17th - February 26th.
