I signed up for the Metro42 Challenge because I have not been able to lose the 10 pounds that kept creeping up on me. I was skeptical because I already had a “clean” diet and I was already in good shape, working out 6 days a week, with kickboxing, Pilates and yoga. I have belonged to many gyms and tried many different programs, but I found I could not lose the weight. I fell back on the old excuses, I'm over 50, I don't have time, I work too hard. But I knew I had to try something different.

After 6 weeks, I have lost 13 pounds, went down a size, and lost 2.75 inches from my midsection. I am more toned and I feel stronger. Working out with a group and being accountable really helped. I am going to continue with group training and the recommended diet so I can continue to keep in shape.
