After the initial meeting with Randy, I became confident not only in the program, but also in myself. Metro42 simplified healthy eating and changed my nutrition habits for life. They introduced a diet plan during the week that was easy to follow. They also incorporated exercise classes 3 times a week that were challenging and fun. The trainers at Metro42 push and guide you to achieve your personal best. The experience was rewarding both physically and emotionally. I lost 19.5 pounds but more importantly I feel great and have a healthy living plan to follow. I would highly recommend this program to anyone. Randy and his staff were first class!
