Thank you for the Metro42 experience. This program has offered me a life and health changing experience, as well as affording me an opportunity to meet some fantastic people and trainers who truly enjoy their work.

In addition, I also felt my work and personal life elevate to another level. I really think that as a result of the positives that came out of Metro42, it led me to have more energy, patience and just an overall satisfaction and positive outlook on work and life.

One of the best parts of the whole experience was involving my family and especially my awesome wife who went through this transformation with me.   We actually grew closer if you can believe it after 25 years.  When I had a weak moment she would be right there to say “don’t eat that, drink another glass of water”.

The results I was able to gain have motivated me to continue with the PACK programs. Thank you!
