Initially I was reluctant to sign up for the Metro 42 challenge. I was worried I was not in good enough shape to be able to fully participate. However, I could not have been more wrong and am glad I did not let this stop me from signing up.

The group members were of all ages and physical abilities. More importantly, the trainers and instructors were able to tailor the exercises to each individual's abilities. I found that the group mentality of the workouts really pushed all of us to work out harder and reach limits we would not have reached on our own.

After every workout I felt stronger and in better shape. I found the diet to be well presented and have continued to use what I learned as lifestyle model. Overall I truly enjoyed the Metro 42 experience and could be happier with the results I achieved.
